1. CampusDrop intellectual property
CampusDrop's name, logo, brand elements, user interface, design, text, code, graphics, and related materials are owned by CampusDrop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
2. User content ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, profile content, messages, confessions, roommate posts, and other content you submit. You grant CampusDrop a limited license to host, display, process, moderate, and transmit that content to operate and improve the service.
3. Prohibited infringement
Do not upload, post, or share content you do not have the right to use. This includes copyrighted photos, screenshots, text, music, video, designs, trademarks, or someone else's likeness where your use is not permitted.
4. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on CampusDrop infringes your copyright, email support@campusdrop.social with enough detail for us to review the report.
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identify the CampusDrop content, URL, screenshot, user, or other details that help us locate the content.
- Provide your name, email address, and any other contact information needed for follow-up.
- Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- Include a statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat infringer policy
CampusDrop may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or submit content that creates legal or safety risk.
6. Trademark and brand usage
Do not use CampusDrop names, logos, screenshots, or brand assets in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without permission.
